Tapioca Chips are originally produced in South America and promoted to Africa and Asia. The output of ThaiTapioca Chips ranks third in the world. However, Thailand is the world’s largest producer of Tapioca Chips and is followed by Vietnam.

Tapioca starch is the starch abstracted from tapioca and processed through dehydration. Tapioca starch is divided into native starch and modified starch.
